Today at the United Nations Organization, the USA, EU and Russia are not present an own secular calendar. The United Nations Organization forcedly uses a medieval religious Gregorian calendar from 1582 CE which Julius Caesar 45 years BCE is development of an ancient religious pagan Roman Egyptian calendar.

The Gregorian calendar has been created only for requirements of Catholic Church. For this reason, Vatican again in 1956 CE has not allowed General Assembly of the United Nations Organization to change the Gregorian religious calendar for requirements of a secular society.

Vatican never will allow the United Nations Organization to change this religious calendar in the secular purposes. Therefore the United Nations, the USA and Russia should have own secular calendar. I offer the United Nations, the USA and Russia to pass to own secular calendar, which in comparison with a calendar of Vatican is shown lower:

I). Month «Aquarius» [28 days – {on an offered Tropical calendar}] {or} «January» [31 days- {on the Gregorian calendar}] zodiac - Aquarius (Shevat or Shvat).

II).Month «Pisces» [28 days] or «February» [28-29 days] zodiac - Pisces (Adar).

III).Month «Aries» [28 days] or «March» [31 days] zodiac - Aries (Nisanor Neesan).

IV). Month «Taurus» [28 days] or «April» [30 days] zodiac - Taurus (Iyaror Eeyar).

V). Month «Gemini» [28 days] or «May» [31 days] zodiac - Gemini (Sivanor Seevan).

VI). Month «Cancer» [28 days] or «June» [30 days] zodiac - Cancer (Tammuzor Tamooz).

VIII).Month «Virgo» [28 days] or «August» [31 days] zodiac - Virgo (Elulor Elool).

XII). Month «Sagittarius» [28 days] or «November» [30days] zodiac - Sagittarius (Kislevor Keeslev). – [In a passive calendar the analogue this month is absent.]

XIII). Month «Capricorn» [29-30 days] or «December» [31 days] zodiac - Capricorn (Tevet).

In this work is offered such the New Calendar of Mankind a secular calendar for the United Nations Organization and the USA and Russia and it is already dispatched addressees.

The offer is made particularly to Ban Ki-moon to the Secretary General of the United Nations Organization (on October 14, 2012 CE), to the US President to the Barrack Hussein Obama (on October, 15th, 2012 CE) and to the President of Russia Putin V.V. (on October, 17th, 2012 CE). It is offered to create, in particular, at the United Nations the World calendar Center which will regulate release of the Uniform Universal secular eternal calendar for entire (whole) World.

This New secular Calendar of Mankind will allow the United Nations, the USA and Russia to become in the Center of the leading states of the world. In my opinion, it is a unique way to unite round the United Nations, the USA and Russia all countries flying the flag globalization. Introduction of a global universal uniform eternal secular calendar since January 1, 2013 or 2014 or 2015 CE would become the important historical event in a life of the United Nations Organization and all countries on the Earth.

History of the Iranian or Persian calendar inseparably linked with capture of Persia by Alexander the Great and introduction in all territory of Persia of the Greek traditions. After Alexander the Great death the power in Persia was received by its satrap Seleucus, (312 BCE), Seleucid which has based the Greek dynasty of Iran. According to the Greek tradition of an abacus of time at first conducted on terms of board of concrete tsars. At first all this epoch has been named, as «an era of Alexander». Then, when about Alexander the Great began to forget gradually, there was an era actually Seleucid.

In 224 year CE in Iran the Greek Sassanid dynasty (224 CE) has started to correct. Tsar Ardashir I the founder of a dynasty Sassanid have entered in Iran a calendar Julius Caesar.

This calendar [«AP», reduction from «Anno Persico»] significantly has been reformed by the Omar Khayyam and entered in Iran by sultan Dzhalal el-Din (Seljuk Sultan Jalal al-Din Malik Shah I) on March, 15th, 1079 CE. Astronomical measurements in an imperial observatory in Isfahan, capital of Iran of that time, had been defined time between a spring and autumn equinox (duration of Spring and Summer). It has appeared to equal 186 days and 10 hours. And duration of Autumn and Winter, that is a return time interval between an autumn and spring equinox, it has appeared to equal 178 days and 20 hours. In the sum it has turned out that duration of year is equal to 365 days and 6 hours = 365.25 days.

Half-year were not equal on duration. Winter half-year (2nd half-year) was shorter than Summer half-year (1st half-year) that the Earth moves not on strictly circular orbit round the Sun star and on the elliptic.

Therefore in 1st half-year (summer) have entered 6 months for 31 days (Farvardin-Shahrivar) in everyone (31х6=186 days), and in 2nd half-year (winter) have entered 5 months (Mehr-Bahman) for 30 days (30x5=150 days) and one last month year (Esfand) have made with variable number of days of 29 days in usual year (150+29=179 days) and 30 days in leap year (150+30=180 days). It is thus have received 365 days in usual year (186+179=365) and 366 days in leap year (186+180=366).

In usual year a difference on half-year have made 7 days (186-179=7), and in leap year this difference has made 6 days (186-180=6 days). This "gibbosity" of the Iranian calendar is considered "congenital", astronomical, and consequently basically ineradicable. It is important to underline that the Omar Khayyam tried as it is possible to simulate more precisely in the calendar real movement of the Earth round the Sun. (Pure analog calendar.)

The date started of the New Year (Nowruz) considers day of a spring equinox on the Iranian meridian (the Iran Standard Time meridian 52.5°E or GMT+3.5h).

The Iranian calendar is Muslim (Islamic) and conducts readout of date of year from a year Hejri (621-622 year CE). «Solar Hejri of Iran» [the Solar Hejri (SH) calendar year] begins with March, 21st of the Gregorian calendar, that is from the date of a spring equinox, instead of since day actually Hejri on July, 16th 622 years CE with which the New Year [lunar Hejri] in the Islamic (Muslim) calendar sunnit Saudi Arabia (the beginning 16 July 622 CE begins).

As year lunar Hejri has 354 or 355 days, and solar Hejri - 365 or 366 days the difference between these two calendars in due course has collected. It increased for one year each 33 years. With 622 CE (to 1969), the difference between these two calendars has reached 41 years: on lunar Hejri since March, 20th, 1969 1389, and on solar - only has gone 1348. [For 2013, the difference has made 42 full years: 1391 on solar Hejri and 1433 on lunar Hejri (2013-622=1391/33=42.1515151 year).]

There are 25 basic holidays. Dates of anniversaries are based on the Persian calendar, a Muslim calendar or the Zoroastric calendar; from year to year dates on the Gregorian calendar can change.

The sun is a symbol of the Iranian culture. Transfer of date of a calendar of Solar Iranian Hejri in an equivalent of date of the Gregorian calendar is carried out by addition of figure 621 or 622 depending on type of year. [ii]

3. THE ISLAMIC (HEJRI) CALENDAR OF SAUDI ARABIA (SHIITES) [HEJRI LUNAR]

List of Appendixes

Appendix 16. The Islamic (Hijri) Abrahamic calendar of Saudi Arabia 2012CE (leap)

Appendix 17. The Islamic (Hijri) Abrahamic calendar of Saudi Arabia [Islamic Saudi Arabia Abrahamic Calendar. 2013 CE]

The Islamic calendar of Saudi Arabia is purely lunar calendar, which is not synchronized with seasons of year. In the Islamic calendar seasons of year «go on a circle» on all months of lunar year and each 33 years start to repeat in the period. Consider day before a sunset on July, 15th on the night of Friday, on July, 16th 622 years CE first year of the Islamic calendar. This day resettlement («Hejri») Islamic Prophet Muhammad from Mecca to Medina has begun. Therefore the epoch of Prophet Muhammad is designated by two Latin letters «AH» [«AH» for the Latin «Anno Hegirae»] that means «in a year Hejri». The first day of the New Year of the Islamic calendar (2013CE-622CE = 1391AH) is designated Muharram, «1st», 1391AH.

In Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and in some other countries except lunar Hejri the wide circulation the solar Hejri has Turkey. It is such calendar system in which date of a spring equinox is accepted to the beginning of year - on March, 20th or 21st. However the account in it is conducted the same as and in lunar Hejri i.e. with 622 CE.

As year lunar Hejri has 354 or 355 days, and solar Hejri - 365 or 366 days the difference between these two calendars in due course has collected. It increased for one year each 33 years. With 622 CE (to 1969) the difference between these two calendars has reached 41 years: on lunar Hejri (since March, 20th, 1969) 1389, and on solar Hejri - only has gone 1348. [For 2013 the difference has made 42 full years: 1391 on solar Hejri and 1433 on lunar Hejri (2013-622=1391/33=42.1515151 year).] [1391 + 42 = 1433].

The tabulated Islamic calendar consists of alternating months for 30 and 29 days. It has a 30-year-old cycle with 11 leap-years for 355 days and simple 19 years for 354 days.

Modern Arabian names of days of week an essence the following (but as Biruni testifies, in the past they were others):

Sunday - Jaum al-ahad, Monday-jaum al-isnajn, Tuesday - Jaum the expert-salasa, Environment - Jaum al-arbaa, Thursday - Jaum al-hamis, Friday - Jaum al-dzhuma, Saturday - Jaum the expert-sabt.

In transfer of the name of days from Sunday till Thursday mean: 1st day, 2nd day, 3rd day, 4th day and 5th day.

Friday, Iaum al-dzhuma («day of connection»), is a weekly holiday - in the sacred afternoon of Moslems. However, to Turkey the day off is transferred since Friday on Sunday to 1935.

4. HEBREW CALENDAR

List of Appendixes

Appendix 18. Hebrew Abrahamic calendar. 2012CE (leap)

Appendix 19. Hebrew Abrahamic calendar. 2013CE

The error in 1 day runs in the Julian calendar in relation to tropical year for 128 years. The error in 1 day runs in Judaic (Hebrew) a calendar in relation to tropical year for 304 years, that is for 16 cycles of Meton for 19 years everyone, that is in 2.375 times (304/128=2.375) more slowly, than in Julian [Judaic (Hebrew) the calendar is more exact than the Julian calendar in 2.375 times].

By the end of 2012 CE (3760AM+2012CE=5772 AM) dates of a Judaic calendar have saved up an error of backlog concerning dates of tropical year in quantity from 19 till 24-26 full days (by different design procedures).

Transfer of the Judaic religious calendar into a uniform universal matrix will make its error in relation to the tropical year, equal to zero. Year becomes linear, instead of "jumping". Each Jew will have exact and constant (instead of "jumping" from year to year different) a date of birth. [And the each Jew will have an exact date of its birth (the Day of Birthday)].

Today the analogue Judaic calendar of patriarch Gilel II (359 CE) reminds, speaking in images, one hump a camel with a huge hump in first half of year in the period of all of 7 leap years containing plug-in or additional 13th month Adar-I (Fishes - February-I) [«Adar I»], always having duration of precisely and exactly 30 days. In first half of leap year is available or the greatest possible number from 209 days, or is minimum possible number of 207 days [«209 (207) » days], but can be and 208 days, as intermediate, a special case. In second half of each leap year always there is strictly fixed quantity of days equal to 177 days [«177» days]. Theoretically, maximum size of "hump" is equal to 32 days (209-177=32). The minimum size of "hump" makes 30 days (207-177=30).

Every leap year consists of 13 months. First half of leap-year always contains 7 months, and second half of leap-year always contains 6 months. In first half of leap-year 2 months have a stable number of days for the coordination of the calendar beginning of the New Year with astronomical day of the Autumn equinox. These are months Kheshvan (Scorpion-October) and Kislev (Sagittarius-November) who can contain either 30 days, or 29 days [Kheshvan, 30 or 29 days, Keeslev, 30 or 29 days,].

In first half of leap-year of 7 months contain following number of days: Tishrei-scales-September, 30 days; the Kheshvan (Cheshvan)-Scorpion-October, 30 or 29 days; Kislev-Sagittarius-November, 30 or 29 days; the Tevet-goat-December, 30 days; Shvat-Aquarius-January, 30 days; Adar-I or Fishes - February-I, 30 days; Adar-II or Fishes - February-II, 29 days [(Teeshrey, 30 days, Kheshvan, 30 or 29 days, Keeslev, 30 or 29 days, Tevet, 30 days, Shvat, 30 days, Adar I (or Adar Aleph - "first Adar"), 30 days and Adar II, 29 days. Adar II (or Adar Bet - "second Adar") is the "real" Adar, and has the usual 29 days. For this reason, holidays such as Purim are observed in Adar II, not Adar I.)].

In second half of leap year of 6 months contain following number of days:

Nisan-Aries-March, 30 days; Iyar-Taurus-April, 29 days; Sivan-Twins-May, 30 days;

Tamuz-Cancer-June, 29 days; an Av-Lion-July, 30 days; the Elul-Maiden-August, 29 days [(Neesan, 30 days, Eeyar, 29 days, Seevan, 30 days, Tamooz, 29 days, Av, 30 days, Elool, 29 days)].

The Judaic religious calendar has a 19-year-old cycle of Meton, which consists of 7 "long" or leap years containing for 13 months of each, 12 "short" or simple years, containing on 12 months everyone in the basis.

"Short" years in turn happen three kinds of «Short»: 353, 354 and 355 days of duration [(353, 354 and 355 days: «insufficient», «correct» and «sufficient» accordingly)]. "Long" years also share on three kinds on degree of «Long»: 383, 384 and 385 days of duration [(383, 384 and 385) days].

It is obvious that "short" years of a cycle (1-2, 4-5, 7, 9-10, 12-13, 15-16, 18) advance astronomical tropical year (365.2421875 days), and "long" years of a cycle (3, 6, 8, 11, 14, 17, 19), on the contrary, lag behind duration of tropical year, and they approximately counterbalancing each other relatively to the axes of tropical year and a point of an autumn equinox in which there is a theoretical point of Judaic the New year: Rosh-ha-Shanah or Rosh-a-Shana [Rosh Hashanah].

In the period of 2001-2040 only 2 times will really take place exact coincidence of Judaic New year and day of the Autumn equinox on September, 21st. It will be 2017CE (5778AM) and 2028CE (5789AM). [(In the period 2001-2040CE only 2 (two) time in 2017CE-5778AM and in 2028CE-5789AM Rosh Hashanah it is necessary precisely on the Autumn solar equinox, 21st, September.)] In the period 2000-2010CE the earliest Beginning of New Judaic year on a calendar was marked on September 9th, 2010 CE [Thursday on September, 9th, 2010CE], and most later was on October, 4th, 2005 CE [Tuesday on October, 4th 2005CE].

The Judaic religious calendar, thereupon, very much reminds a pendulum of hours, which 7 times for one cycle pass from "short" extreme position in "long" extreme position, and back. This situation can be compared to driving on "American" in Russia (or "Russian" in the USA) hills that same inherently. 12 times a calendar Judaic cycle "are accelerated", and 7 times "are slowed down or inhibited". Such cycle is still name "jumping" or "oscillatory".

Number of "short" years (12) is more than number of "long" years (7). Therefore, there is no exact balance between them. Each cycle from 19 years leads to backlog from tropical year for 0.08 days by one kind of calculations, and for 0.0625 days by other kind of calculations. Last estimation (0.0625 days) is more correct by calculation and more exact.

For each 100 years in relation to tropical year the error in 0.3289375 days (100:19=5.263x0.0625=0.3289375) runs. Thus, the error, the size in 1 full day, runs exactly for 304 full of year (100:0.3289375=304.0091202736082). For comparison, in a modern Gregorian calendar the error in 1 full day runs for 3200 years. It is obvious that the modern Gregorian Catholic Christian calendar in 10.5 times is more exact than a modern Judaic religious calendar (3200:304=10.52631578947368).

During theoretical existence of the Judaic religious calendar 5772 years AM (3760+2012=5772) have passed 303 full cycles of Meton for 19 years everyone (5772:19=303.789). It has led to backlog of the Judaic religious calendar from tropical year for 19 days (303.789х0.0625=18.9868125). But if to consider a backlog error in 0.08 days (that is less correct, than figure 0.0625) on one cycle of Meton consisting of 19 years the general error of backlog will make 24 full days (303.789х0.08=24.30312).

It is important to underline that actually not Judaic New year (first half of the year), not date of the Autumn equinox, and its mirror display in the form of day of the Spring equinox (second half of the year) major date of the Judaic religious calendar is, in the first full moon after which the Exodus holiday (Passover) or Pesah, that is Judaic Easter is celebrated.

It is that great in the history of Jews day when Jew under the direction of Moses and Joshua [Hoshe'a the son of Nun] left Egypt (Exodus) in 1446 BCE, that is have left the Egyptian slavery and steel the independent nation of Jews. Therefore the Judaic religious calendar is synchronized with equinoctial year (with equinox points), instead of with tropical year (not with solstice points). And as Easter (the Crucifixion and Jesus Christ Resurrection) has appeared adhered historically by Judaic Passover also the Catholic religious calendar of Vatican too has appeared for this reason synchronized with equinoctial year instead of with tropical year.

* * Leap Years are containing of 13 months.

Our offer on replacement analogue 12-13-month’s "a skipping-jumping" solar-lunar calendar for a uniform universal digital mathematical calendar consists in the following.

We add 13 month in an original Judaic calendar under the name "Rambam" (the zodiac of "Serpentarius"), replacing month of "Adar-I" [in square brackets numbers of a universal matrix] are specified:

1). [IX]. Month «September» [28 days] or zodiac «Libra» - Libra (Tishrei or Teeshrey).

2). [X]. Month «October» [28] or zodiac «Scorpio» - Scorpio (Marcheshvan or Kheshvan or Cheshvan).

6. CONVERSION OF A LEAP MONTH "FEBRUARY" INTO LEAP MONTH "DECEMBER" ["CAPRICORN"]

In a Christian Catholic calendar of Vatican earlier is historically with its 12-month's matrix month "February" which was last month year leap, and today is the second from the beginning. It creates the big inconveniences as in leap years all dates after leap on February, 29th, move for 1 day forward.

Therefore when we transform a 12-month's matrix in 13-month's the scale of dates of a calendar of Vatican which is one of three base, moves for 1 day forward in every leap-year in a 13-month's matrix. There is an effect «the smudge tool» or «blur» or (shift) dates on a matrix.

To eliminate this defect we in 12-month's a calendar of Vatican in February we suggest to leave always «29» days, and leap we suggest to make last month "Capricorn" [December] in whom in usual year we will have «30» days and in the leap year we have «31» days. In this case in middle calendar year the effect «blur» is absent completely (there will not be a date shift).

7. ORTHODOX CHRISTIAN JULIAN CALENDAR

List of Appendixes

Appendix 28. The Julian calendar Abrahamic. 2013CE Corrected Orthodox Easter.

Appendix 29. The Julian calendar Abrahamic. 2013CE Error determining the Orthodox Easter.

In offered we universal digital active mathematical 13 monthly universal orthodox Julian a calendar instead traditional of a 12-month's analogue passive calendar today will present below-mentioned months and their parallel international zodiac names which completely coincide with those in a Catholic calendar of Vatican behind two differences.

The first difference consists in the name of key month. In an orthodox universal orthodox calendar, it will be called by name the founder "Julius Caesar" instead of "Jesus Christ". The Julian analogue calendar has been created before 46 years prior to Jesus Christ Crucifixion when still about any Christianity there was no also a speech. It was created as a new Roman calendar but no as the Christian calendar.

The second difference consists in a date started of the New Year. Date of trimming of an extreme flesh of baby-Jew Jesus Christ in an orthodox calendar is necessary for January, 13th of a Catholic Gregorian calendar (so-called «old style», unlike January, 1st of the Gregorian "new" style).

We underline that while translating on a universal 13-month's mathematical matrix the problem of 2100 in an orthodox calendar disappears. Dates of Easter and all other church holidays will be once and for all fixed on the necessary date what it was, for example, in 2012.

The further divergence between Catholic calendar of Vatican and an Orthodox calendar of Russian Orthodox Church and other Orthodox Churches which lean in the divine services on Julius calendar will be stopped.
