1. ECONOMY AND THE CALENDAR.

We focus attention on the basic economic problems of inconsistency of calendar systems of Europe, America, on the one hand, and China, India and the Arabian countries, on the other hand. We offer the decision of these questions by means of replacement of existing passive analogue calendars of 1582 on uniform through «a calendar 2013» (an active mathematical digital quantum cyclic calendar).

The global economy has moved today from Europe and America a huge industrial complex and also outsourcing to China, India, and the Arabian countries where has faced, in turn, with difficult allowing usual methods problems of the coordination of calendar production plans.

Uniform universal the sheet-matrix of this cyclic digital quantum mathematical calendar («a calendar 2013») serves as the ideal calculator of calendar calculations and is very convenient in this quality.

Introduction of the offered innovations will allow to refuse almost completely systems of recalculation of different planned schedules and special on computer programs that will cut annual expenses on computer maintenance of questions of the coordination not less than on 90%.

The universal digital mathematical calendar will allow to keep economic and political unity of mankind as single whole between its space part and that its part which it is necessary to live on the Earth. The project begun on January, 8th, 2013 in the Netherlands as Mars One, plans the beginning of colonisation of Mars mankind in 2023.

The calendar in China always was considered as the main tool of economy and well-being of the state. Therefore supervision of an imperial observatory and exact conducting a calendar was a personal duty of the emperor in China. With that end in view by an imperial court yard it has been spent about hundred calendar reforms, since the first association of empire in 221 year ancient Era (BC) or (BCE) and till the end of a dynasty of Mines in 1644 of our era (AD) or (CE) that is approximately on one reform each 20 years.

In 1884 at the International meridian conference in Washington for zero-point of readout of longitudes on all globe it was offered to accept Greenwich meridian. Therefore all astronomical calculations for the Chinese calendar are carried out on a meridian of 120 degrees to the east from Greenwich.

The Gregorian calendar (so-called new style) has been borrowed from Europe and has started to be applied in China after (Sinhay) revolution 1911. Despite it the Chinese printing editions leave till now with double date - on the Gregorian solar calendar and on a cyclic lunar calendar.

In China there is also a third calendar - a solar seasonal or "agricultural" Chinese calendar which is the closest to a Gregorian calendar. This calendar defines division of year into 24 agricultural seasons by Sun position on ecliptic. Seasons thus are not connected in any way with Moon movement.

However with approach of the New Year the second admits considering from a winter solstice (on December, 21-22st) a new moon which occurs accordingly not earlier than January, 21st and not later than February, 20th (in a solar variant it always on February, 4-5th).

In modern China a Gregorian calendar name "standard" (公曆 gōnglì), "western" (西曆 xīlì) or "solar" (日曆 rìlì). After introduction of a Gregorian calendar it named also "new", accordingly a lunar calendar - "old".

The Chinese cyclic lunar calendar uses a six-ten years' cycle. Is a combination of cycles for 10 years («heavenly trunks») and for 12 years («terrestrial branches»). Half of combinations (at which different parity) is not used, thus the calendar cycle repeats through 10•12 / 2 = 60 years. The beginning of year in a cyclic calendar depends on the astronomical phenomenon (new moon), instead of from date in a Gregorian calendar. Therefore, because of extent of territory on which the calendar was used, in different places the New Year could mark in different (±1) days of a Gregorian calendar.

The coordination of dates in a lunar cyclic calendar with dates in a Gregorian calendar cannot be executed unequivocally, quickly and precisely.

Such classical example ambiguous calculation of number of the Chinese cycle on a year of a Gregorian calendar is more low resulted:

• Modern a way:

2006 N − 3 = 60 × 33 + 23; 2006 ≈ 34th cycle, 23rd year

• Traditional a way:

2006 N + 2397 = 60 × 73 + 23; 2006 ≈ 74th cycle, 23rd year

• Quite an ancient way:

2006 N + 2697 = 60 × 78 + 23; 2006 ≈ 79th cycle, 23rd year

•More one way:

2006 N + 2637 = 60 × 77 + 23; 2006 ≈ 78th cycle, 23rd year.

Therefore it is necessary to resort to construction of various specifying tables and special expensive computer programs.

Muslim calendar[i]}

The Muslim calendar is constructed only on change of lunar phases. Therefore it is purely lunar. Many ancient people - Babylonian, Jews, Greeks, Chineses - originally used a lunar calendar and subsequently have passed a pas luni-solar calendar systems.

In many countries Near and Middle East, for example in Algeria, Indonesia, Morocco, Pakistan and some other in which dominating religion is Islam, is applied till now a calendar which is based exclusively on an apparent motion of the Moon and not depending absolutely not from movement of the Sun.

It turns out that if current year on a Muslim calendar has begun on March, 20th, 1969 the beginning of next year should be on March, 9th, 1970, then on February, 27th, 1971 etc. Hence, the beginning of year will move in due course since spring for the winter, since winter for the autumn, then for the summer and, at last, again will return by the spring. That is why in a lunar calendar there are no months summer and winter, spring and autumn - they wander on all seasons.

Starting point of a Muslim calendar is date of "the 1st Muharram» that is the first day of the first month of Muslim year. In recalculation on ours calculation of years this starting point corresponds to Friday on July, 16th 622 years on Julian to the calendar [in the night from 15 for July, 16th (since Thursday on Friday)] as at Moslems days began on the eve of the given date, from the moment of a sunset. But the date specified here concerns not a new moon and to Neamenia. Exact astronomical calculation shows that the new moon has occurred on Thursday on July, 15th 622 years on Julian to a calendar (on «old style»).

For the approached transfer of dates from a Muslim calendar of a pas Gregorian it is possible to use the following formula:
G = [M + 622] - (
М/33)

Where G - year of a Gregorian calendar, M - year of a Muslim calendar.

If for example it is required to learn, to what year of our calendar there corresponds 1389 Hejri having substituted in the formula instead of M number 1389, will receive

G = [1389 + 622] - (1389/33) = 2011 – 42.0909 = 1968.9091 or 1969-.

The sign "minus" shows that from division 1389 on 33 there was some fraction which is necessary for taking away from number 1969. Hence we establish that 1389 lunar Hejri corresponds to 1968 or 1969 of a Gregorian calendar.

Wishing to define to what year of a lunar calendar there corresponds any year of a Gregorian calendar, for example 1970 use the formula

M = [G – 622] + (G-622)/32),

In which values of M and G remain former. Having made necessary substitution, we will receive

М = [1970 – 622] + [(1970-622)/32] = 1348 + 42.125 = 1390.125 or 1390 +.

Here the sign "plus" specifies that from division of a difference on 32 there is some fractional value which is necessary for adding to received number «1390». Hence 1970 of a Gregorian calendar corresponds to 1390-1391 of a Muslim calendar.

 

The second way of the approached calculations consists in the following[ii]

To establish approximate date of a Gregorian calendar in relation to a calendar of Hejri it is possible under the following formula:

Year Hejri = 1.030684 [(year from G - 622.5643].

In the similar image it is possible to translate date from Hejri on a Gregorian calendar: year from G = 0.970229 (year Hejri + 641.6670).

By way of illustration the second formula we take «G» year from 1408 Hejri:

0.970229 (1408 + 641.6670) = 1988.6463(6374); the decimal fraction corresponds to seven months i.e. on July, 22nd – 23rd. Therefore «G» year from 1408 Hejri has begun on July, 22nd - 23rd, 1988.

Formulas which we used, give only the approached value of defined date, sometimes with an error ±1 year. For more exact transfer of dates with Hejri for our era or on the contrary there are special ways which here are not resulted. However necessary answers can be received by means of special tables.

In the East countries the set of other calendar systems and with others calendar is applied. So, in Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and in some other countries except lunar Hejri the wide circulation Hejri the solar has Turkey. It is such calendar system in which date of a spring equinox is accepted to the beginning of year - on March, 20th or 21. However the account in it is conducted the same as and in lunar Hejri, i.e. with 622 CE.

As year lunar Hejri has 354 or 355 days, and solar Hejri - 365 or 366 days the difference between these two calendars in due course has collected. It increased at 1 (one) year for each 33 years. With 622 CE (to 1969) the difference between these two calendars has reached 41 years (1969 – 622 = 1347 / 33 = 40.8181 ~ 41): on lunar Hejri since March, 20th, 1969 will be 1389 and on solar Hejri - only has gone 1348 (1389 – 41 = 1348).

Calendars Hejri (lunar and solar) in a number of the countries are also some other calendars which are their versions.

Therefore because of an abundance of calendar systems and their features recalculation of one of them represents great difficulties to another and quite often demands special tables and difficult computer programs.

Before, during pre-Islamic times, months remained on the places in a current of solar year thanks to that in process of accumulation of "superfluous days" by lunar year 13th month - "nasi" was added.

However in 631 year Mohammed has forbidden Moslems to add these days (the interdiction is reflected in the Koran where it is told that the Moon is time criterion), and Muslim year became purely lunar (and for 11 days is shorter solar). So now months are not adhered to seasons.

And consequently, for example, month «Ramadan» which name in a translation from Arabic means "hot or burning", can be and in the winter. In one of heads of the Koran, «the sacred book» Moslems, categorical prohibition contains to consider year differently as in 12 lunar months of Date of a Muslim calendar specify only in they correspond to what phase of the Moon.

Thereupon, today in a Muslim calendar, unfortunately, year does not fulfil the requirement shown to it, as to one of the basic units in planning of productions: it is not connected with seasons.

Therefore, to establish a season, additional special tables and very expensivespecial matching computer programs are necessary.

Such international and global manufactures placed in operative ranges of lunar calendars, become unprofitable. Times of nomad tribes of cattlemen-nomads have passed. The lunar calendar ideally corresponded to them. But time of an outer space exploration and industry globalisation puts new problems before system of a world calendar.

 

Calendars of India.[iii]

{In territory of modern India during ancient times many tribes and nationalities which have long been separated were formed. India is the multinational state which population speaks more than in two hundred languages. All religious holidays are marked till now on one of luni-solar or lunar local calendars.

In India long time Kaliyuga who originates since February, 18th 3102 BCE were applied special an era, such as, for example, an era; an era the Nirvana which conducts the account with 543 BCE, - prospective date of death Buddha Sakya-Muni. The era by Fazli - one of last historical Era in India was applied also. It has been entered by padishah Akbar (1542-1606 CE), but it used only in official documents. An epoch of this era is date on September, 10th 1550 CE.

Long isolation of the Indian princedoms has from each other led to that almost in each of them there was a local calendar system. Until recently in the country official civil calendars and about some thirty local serving for definition of time of various religious holidays and ceremonies were applied.

Among them it is possible to meet solar, lunar and luni-solar. Expression of communication of this calendar with the Sun apparent motion is division of year into 12 months with number of days from 29 to 32 and also on 6 seasons connected with seasons.

Each lunar month shares on 2 (two) half: the first begins the very next day after approach of a full moon and is called as "a darkening half», and the second begins with a new moon and is called as "a brightening half». Within each half of abacus of days it is conducted from 1 to 15.

These 6 (six) seasons, each of which proceeded 2 (two) months, the following (the perfect analogy 24 seasonal ranges [24 = 6 * 2 * 2] of China and Japan turns out):

The Pope pursued the aim purely theological, instead of secular. The Pope needed to define precisely church date of Easter, instead of exact secular astronomical date of seasons of year and historical events of mankind.

All modern church religious tradition is adhered to a concrete easter phase of the Moon. Vatican interests only actually church history of Vatican, instead of purely secular Mankind stories. Therefore Vatican never will go on application of the church religious calendar in the secular purposes of Mankind.

Therefore under the government decision the national Indian calendar has been accepted in India since March, 22nd, 1957 for the civil and public purposes.

Introduction of the Uniform national calendar was the important event in a cultural life of the Indian people. However the spent reform was considered as the intermediate action necessary for streamlining of a calendar question now and for transition further to the more general calendar, convenient for application in scales of all globe.

India plans to become the following (4th) space superstate and to begin starts of own piloted spaceship since 2016 and in far prospect in cooperation with Russia or even is independent - to deliver the person to the Moon.

The national Indian calendar is a pure tracing-paper from an analogue Gregorian calendar. It has from it two insignificant differences. It is a question of impossibility to have «an investment climate» in Russia without the urgent decision of the ripened calendar problem in Russian Orthodox Church (ROC). In 2011 president Medvedev D. has passed the law on introduction in Russia of a Catholic Gregorian calendar having confirmed the decision of the atheistic Soviet government from 1918.

The nearest serious practical problem in ROC will arise on March, 1st, 2100 which on Julian to a calendar will be leap and on "civil Gregorian" - is not present. The orthodox church as a result of it can appear before serious threat of split as before Sacred Heads will manage it there will be a hard problem to explain to people in what "fidelity" Julian and to the Gregorian calendars simultaneously, "leaning" on anybody unknown date of Christmas of Jesus Christ.

The Christmas in 2100 will be celebrated on January, 8th. An Epiphany - on January, 20th CE, etc., as the difference between calendars will increase for 1 day and will reach 14 days [more precisely: 2100-325=1775: 128=13,8671875]. Accordingly, all orthodox holidays after this date "will be displaced" for 1 day forward.

Thus besides entering of religious split into Christianity and Catholic Christian calendar of Vatican has settled the possibilities as de facto the world calendar of Mankind in all other spheres (political and economic). It is in the deepest crisis of "Trinity" of problems.

On the one hand it cannot serve a problem of globalisation of the world market of the goods and services. On the other hand he cannot act as the special economic tool matching all calendar systems. From the third party its religious essence consisting in its synchronisation with equinoctal on year (with the Easter Moon) instead of with tropical year (not with astronomical seasons) interferes with secular economic problems of development of mankind.

Therefore the problem decision consists in introduction of essentially other universal digital mathematical tool of economy instead of an out-of-date analogue Gregorian calendar, namely: uniform secular by the nature of the universal cyclic mathematical calendar synchronised with duration of tropical year.

It is a question of replacement (or its adequate transformation) an out-of-date Gregorian linear calendar for a new universal quantum cyclic digital mathematical calendar of an epoch of space flights an epoch of galactic activity of the Mankind possessing ideal accuracy.

The uniform quantum mathematical universal calendar digital cyclic matrix offered by the author unites in uniform consistent whole all calendars known for today to Mankind, including both religious and itself is secular "supercalendar" of an epoch of piloted space flights. The Gregorian calendar, as well as all other passive deeply out-of-date medieval religious modern calendars of Mankind, cannot be space age calendars. They are simply unsuitable for the decision of problems of astronavigation.

This matrix itself is a supercalendar (the Uniform base Mathematical Calendar) for all Mankind. It is ideally entered in problems of planning of long space flights. According to the author, it is a unique way to unite round the United Nations, the USA and Russia all countries of the world under the flag of globalisation. Introduction of a global universal uniform eternal secular calendar since January, 1st, 2013 or 2014 or 2015 CEwould become the important historical event in a life of the United Nations Organization and all Mankind.

Offered Uniform for the Earth and Space the base Mathematical Calendar is the seventh under the account in the history a global calendar of Mankind, and the first in a series of the calendars intended for service piloted space flights.
