Chapter 3

1. THE TYPES OF CALENDAR

A). Religious and Secular Analog Equinoctal passive (having synchronisation on Day of the Spring Equinox) with century drift of a date started of theNew year on days of week.

B). Secular and Religious super Exact Digital Tropical active (having synchronisation on Day of the Tropical Solstice). Have active stabilization of a date started of the New year by means of the mechanism «synchronisation saws» (this date always is necessary for the same day of week - on January, 1st, Sunday).

 

2. THE RULE OF PRACTICAL OPERATION OF THE UNIFORM BASE

DIGITAL MATHEMATICAL (UNIVERSAL) CALENDAR

The developed Universal matrix (UM) has the next quarters if it to consider as an independent supercalendar.

The First quarter beginning always will coincide with the beginning of year 1 AquariusUM (January, 1st, UM). The First quarter end will always have on 7 TaurusUM (April, 7th Um).

The Second quarter beginning always will be 8 TaurusUM ( April,8th, UM). The Second quarter end will always have on 14 LeoUM (July, 14th, UM).

The Third quarter beginning always will have on 15 LeoUM (July, 15, UM). The Third quarter end will always have on 21 ScorpioUM (October, 21st, UM).

The Fourth quarter beginning always will have on 22 ScorpioUM (22 October, UM). The Fourth quarter end will always have on 28 CapricornUM (December, 28th, UM).

The mathematical calendar has following advantages:

1). In a universal matrix the Beginning and the End political and accordingly always coincide fiscal year. As a supercalendar, the Universal matrix (UM) it is unique on the harmony and simplicity.

2). In a universal matrix months, quarters and half-year, are equal among themselves.

3). All the quarters long and all the week long begin with Sunday and come to an end on Saturday (ruptures of weeks between months are absent whereas in the Gregorian calendar 10-11 "broken off" weeks within a year are).

4). Every year begins since January, 1st and it is necessary for the same day of week, on Sunday, and also for the first day of quarter and for the first day of month, January.

5). Year consists of 13 months for 28 days in everyone, for 7 days in a week, for 4 weeks in a month, 52 weeks in a year.

6). Two days 365 and 366 in the end of the year join by January, 1st as additional holidays of the New Year.

7). Every quarter contains on 91 day exactly (for 13 weeks). Hour head correction

8). Synchronization of the beginning of year with the astronomical data is made annually through the mechanism of "a synchronisation saw" ("as installation of the clock hands").

The mathematical calendar formally consists of three parallel numbers of figures and words.

The first row "universal", (UM) on a Scale consisting of «13» months.

The second row "Gregorian", (VG) on a Scale consisting of «12» months (the Scale scientific).

The third row "special" on a Scale consisting of «12» months.

"Special" concern: Hebrew (Israeli), Julian (Christian Orthodox), Vatican, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Iranian, Saudi Arabia, Maya and any other national or religious calendars. Universal calendar date will always consist of three parts.

«Mathematical date or Universal date» (UM) for all calendars always will be same, and it will be specified in Latin of the First.

The second behind it will be specified in English «the Gregorian date (VG)» for all types of calendars always will be same.

And on the third place there will be «a specific date» on a source language or any the friend.

For Example.

Universal date (UM): «2 Virgo 2012 CE (=7520) (UM)» it will be specified the First.

The second behind it will be specified the Gregorian date (VG) a Christian Catholic calendar of Vatican: «16 July 2012 CE (VG)».

The third behind it will specify specific date (IS) a calendar of Saudi Arabia: «1 Muḥarram 1433 AH (IS)».

 

3. THE "SAW" SYNCHRONIZATION CALENDAR AND ASTRONOMICAL DATES BETWEEN

In a calendar of Vatican the cycle in "four" years is accepted, including «1» leap-year. It is a 4-year-old cycle: (1460+1 =) 1461 day. It consists of the sum: (364+1=365) + (364+1=365) + (364+1=365) + (364+1+1 = 365 + 1 = 366) = ► (364x4=1456) + (4 + 1) = 1460 + 1 = 1461.

Each usual year (364+1=365) "naturally" moves a calendar (a matrix of months of year) for "one" day forward in a matrix of days of week. It is "365" day of each usual year. Every leap-year moves a calendar at once for "two" days forward. These are "365" and "366" days of leap-year (364+1+1 = 365 + 1 = 366).

I underline: in all without an exception modern calendars apply only this «obvious and natural» "the First" way of synchronisation of dates of a calendar and astronomical dates. This way consists in the following.

[Revival, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday] do a matrix of days of week motionless and on this matrix advance "Forward" both a matrix of some figures of dates of year, and a matrix of some months of year for 1 day in each usual year and for 2 days in each leap year.

Therefore each New year begins since various days of week. For each 6 years there is a shift for full «7» days (one year during this period comes across leap) and the cycle again repeats. Each 6 years the beginning of a matrix of months coincides with the beginning of a matrix of days of week and the beginning of a matrix of figures of dates of year. After that they again disperse on the following of "6" years. [Look Chapter 5, point 2 more in detail.]

The matrix of days of week on the one hand and a matrix of months of year on the other hand is not synchronised among themselves. Matrixes of months of year and of some figures of dates of year are rigidly synchronised among themselves in the first variant only.

In strictly fixed calendar offered by the author, "365" and "366" days of each year always precisely placed in the end of the year in an interval after "on 28th of December" to «on January, 1st». It on December, 29th in each simple year and "29÷30" December in each leap-year.

Therefore in work "the Second" way of the most simple and exact synchronisation of dates of a calendar and astronomical dates among themselves is applied. The author leaves motionless a matrix of a digital number sequence of year and I move on it both a matrix of months of year, and a matrix of days weeks ago for one day in each usual year and for two days in each leap year, that is returns system in an initial condition. In the second variant a matrix of days of week on the one hand and a matrix of months of year on the other hand strictly also are rigidly synchronised among themselves.

Differently: the matrix of days of week and a matrix of months of year precisely syncronized among themselves also are firmly connected in the "Second" way with each other.

There are no problems to synchronize any days of week as the first day of New year. A date started of New year, it is convenient to combine with the beginning of week, with "Sunday".

Date "Sunday, on 1st of January" takes place in 2012. This date is convenient and beautiful from the point of view of astronomy.

The author has chosen it and synchronised as a date started of the "Eternal" Mathematical calendar for all Mankind. Therefore in the given variant of an "eternal" calendar «for all Mankind» the beginning of each New year always is necessary for January, 1st on "Sunday", since «2012 CE».

"The second" way of synchronisation of dates of a calendar and astronomical dates is among themselves directly opposite in a direction to "the First" way. At graphic representation of this process it is similar to "saw". Therefore the author named it "a synchronisation saw".

 

4. THE «SAW» SYNCHRONIZATION IN GRAPHICAL FORM.

«Ideal year Maya» should contain 364 days exactly (13 months for 28 days exactly: 364=13*28). Under such condition "End" or expiring year "Termination" precisely would coincide with "Beginning" coming after New year. Therefore ideal year Maya always would be synchronised with itself. (Fig. 1).

Simple real year contains 365 days (364+1=365). Therefore each next the New year begins with shift for 1 day of week forward. Hence, for 5 years the New year moves for 5 days of week forward.

Each 4th year under the account in a real calendar is leap and contains 366 days (366=364+1+1=365+1). Therefore the New Year following leap-year has shift at once for 2 days of week forward. Therefore all calendar cycle consists of 6 years, for which "Has begun" the New Year moves ahead for 7 days forward (7=5+2), that is for the whole full week. Thereupon, coming next the New Year of a cycle again begins since the same day of week, as 6 years ago (fig. 2).

Practical utility of an offered calendar consists including that in usual year it does not shift the beginning for 1 day forward, and in leap - for 2 days forward.

The offered calendar is through the mechanism of "a synchronisation saw» remains once and for all on the same once fixed place of the beginning of the New Year [Sunday].}

It allows to refuse annual recalculation of all plans once and for all: educational, scientific, industrial, railway, aviation, space, sea, highway and so on, from recalculation of plans of transportations, deliveries, joining of network schedules at execution of civil work, medicalplans,personal plans, plans of post transportations, trainings and any other plans in general. It gives enormous economy in a national economy of each country, in particular, and in world global economy, in general. It is hundred millions saved working hours and computer resources worldwide in volume approximately to 10% of world gross national product. It is synergic economic effect in some billions dollars a year.

This unique calendar allows ideal way to co-ordinate terrestrial plans with plans in space. It does not comprise an error in relation to tropical year, unlike all others without an exception of calendars of mankind as the offered calendar itself is synchronised in the ideal image with tropical year. In it the mechanism allowing actively to eliminate any discrepancy and errors is put. He allows to increase duration of working hours for 13 days in a year without loss of quality of rest and health. It is ideally entered in a biorhythm of the woman and the man.

He allows to have a uniform universal calendar matrix for all calendars of the world that does unnecessary difficult computer to operation of recalculations of one calendar system in any another. And all it allows us to tell: one God, one Calendar, one Mankind.

Synchronisation of "Beginning" of each simple year (365 days) and each leap-year (366 days) with the beginning «Ideally year Maya» (364 days) is made for the shift account back for 2 days in leap year, and for 1 day in simple year.

 

5. THE PRINCIPLE OF ASTRONOMICAL EQUIVALENCE AND NOT EQUIVALENCE OF ECONOMIC CONSEQUENCES OF TRANSITION FROM 12-MONTH'S ANALOG CALENDARS FOR THE 13-MONTH'S DIGITAL CALENDARS

Replacement of annual passive shift of the beginning of year by one day of week forward in each usual year, and for two days of week forward in each leap year in any 12-month's analogue calendar, is equivalent by astronomical results to annual active shift of the beginning of year back on a readout date started for one day in each usual year and for two days in each leap year in any digital 13-month's calendar. In astronomical sense time account remains in both types of a calendar absolutely equivalent on number of days in a year (without the account of level of accuracy which absolutely above in a digital calendar).

1). However in the economic plan equivalence is absent (places has no). Annually to move the first day of the beginning of each the New Year on 1 or 2 days ago (that is to return on a former place) on the basis of a rule «synchronization saws» it is not necessary any financial or economic or any expenses in general. But it keeps invariable all planned schedules.

Digital active calendars forever relieve a human civilization of necessity of annual recalculations of all kinds of long-term plans for more than one year and do the last cheap faultless and stable. The annual global economy will make many billions dollars and in connection with growth of world gross national product this figure has only one tendency to absolute growth. There is no alternative to transition of all the Mankind in 2013-2014from 12-month's analogue passive calendars to digital active 13-month's calendars.

2). Offered in the given work Uniform universal the calendar matrix for all types of calendars once and for all relieves a human civilization of necessity of economic expenses for the coordination of various calendar systems often absolutely incompatible and incommensurable among themselves.
